The Blue Pig is a charming pub, run by couple Fran and Steve, where we offer fine ale, lager, food, and wine. Fran prepares the food from her own recipes. Why not come and enjoy her soup, cottage pie, chilli con carne, steak and ale pie, or her fine curries. The food is truly home cooked on the premises - this includes the mashed potatoes that Fran asks Steve to peel on a regular basis! The meat is selected from a local butcher. The wine list is varied and is selected from a local supplier. A good country pub needs its fine ales and this is no exception. Steve prides himself in keeping good real ales.
